Mela by Underground:

Kelvinhall, Hillhead and Kelvinbridge underground stations are all 5-10 minutes walk from the park. Kelvinbridge is closest with a pathway from the station emerging opposite the Gibson Street entrance – although be warned there is a very steep stairway up to street level.

Mela by Bike

There are several entrances to Kelvingrove Park that are suitable for bicycles. To plan your route to the Glasgow Mela please visit the cycle journey planner at cyclingscotland.org

Mela by Bus

Several bus routes stop at or near Kelvingrove Park. For information on bus routes and timetables visit www.travelinescotland.com or telephone 0871 200 22 33 (calls cost 10p per minute from BT Landlines, charges from other providers or mobiles may vary).

Mela by Train

Mela by Car

If you are travelling by car from outside the city the address with postcode for Satnav is Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow, G12 8NR 

Visitors to the festival are strongly encouraged to take public transport as there is no official event parking. Blue Badge holders can park in Kelvin Way with limited spaces available in Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum car park.
