The festival took place on Sunday 14 June, in the West End's beautiful Kelvingrove Park, and was the 25th Glasgow Mela, and was attended by some 40,000 festival-goers.
Glasgow Mela is Scotland's biggest free multicultural festival. It takes place annually, and is open to all ages. Audiences can enjoy live music and performance as well as family activities, stalls selling gifts, accessories, textiles, clothes and more, and a mouth-watering range of world foods.
Glasgow Mela received support from The Year of Food and Drink, and all food traders adhered to Scotland’s Food Charter for Events.
