Glasgow Mela - Scotland's biggest free multicultural festival - is back on SUNDAY 2 JULY 2017 in the west end's beautiful Kelvingrove Park.
Bursting with live music and theatre performances, exotic and mouth-watering foods from around the globe and fun for all ages, a visit this year is an absolute must! Shop for unique gifts and dazzling clothes in the marketplace before chilling out in the summer sun to the sounds of the world.
Make sure you're the first to know whenever we have news about Glasgow Mela. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates.
After a hugely successful Mela On Your Doorstep last year, Mela will be coming to a community venue near you!
Mela On Your Doorstep promises to give you a flavour of the Glasgow Mela right in the heart of your local community. Join the party with a day of free activities and performances in Sighthill, Netherton and Queens Park.
Come along with family and friends and try Bhangra and Bollywood dance, sample international cookery, and be inspired by arts activities and storytelling from around the world. Enjoy performances by artists and local groups including dance, theatre and performance. It's a free family must see! We hope you can join us! More detail coming soon!
